Portal Instructions
If you have listed gear for this years sale, you can view the status of your gear (sold / unsold, commission due and more) in our new seller portal!
1. Access the Seller Portal
When you first list your gear for sale, after submitting the form, there is a button to take you to the seller portal.
You will also receive an email (from "El Presidente") which also has the link to the seller portal.
2. Get a Login Link
Enter the email address you used on the form and the portal will send you a login link (no password is required)
3. Dashboard View
This simple view shows how many products you have lodged with us for sale. The commission due back to you, will be updated as your gear is sold. :)
4. Go to Products
Press on the menu bar in the top right of the mobile view (as highlighted here).
Then select "Products"
On the desktop view, you can simply select "Products" from the top menu.
5. Product & Sale Status
The Products view shows the status of your gear. In stock, means it hasn't sold yet, and anything shown as "Out of Stock" has been sold. Congratulations!
You will be able to see sales history as well by selecting "Sales" from the main menu.
Please be ready to collect any unsold gear after the sale ends.
